How long does it take?

Turnaround times vary based on the product and amount of customization, but most designs are delivered within 2-7 business days.

You'll always receive a more accurate timeline once you submit your order form.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! Rush orders are available on most products for an added fee. If you need something quickly, just let me know your deadline and I’ll see if I can make it happen.

Do I get digital files, printed copies, or both?

You can choose!

Digital files (PDF, PNG/JPG, Canva link) are included with every order.
Printed/mailed copies are available for certain products (New Mom Portfolios, Baby Books, and some itineraries) for an additional cost.

All printing details will be confirmed during your order.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Because all products are custom designs, refunds are not offered once work has begun.
If you need to cancel before I start designing, please contact me as soon as possible.
I always make sure you get proofs and revisions so you’re completely happy with the final result.

Can I request changes after I see the first draft?

Absolutely! Each product includes at least one revision round (some include two or three).

Additional revisions can be purchased if needed. I want your design to feel perfect for you.

Terms and Conditions

Turnaround Time

General delivery ranges:

1-3 business days for flyers
2-4 business days for resumes
2-14 business days for itineraries
5-7 business days for new mom portfolios

Rush options are available depending on my workload.

*Turnaround time may vary depending on personal workload. I work a full-time nursing job as well as being a full-time college student! Please be gracious with me!

Rush Fee

Rush orders may include an additional fee based on how quickly you need your project. All rush fees will be quoted upfront before I begin.

All designs are created for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim designs as your own.

Payment Expectations

Payment is due BEFORE I begin designing your project. Invoices will be sent after you submit your order form, and work starts once payment is received.
